For Kansas participants in the Summer Food Service Program, this application allows you to capture applicable daily meal service details and submit them for use within KSDEs KN-CLAIM application.
The KN-CLAIM SFSP Meal Counter is intended for SFSP Sponsor Sites that have been approved for the current program year.
Once authenticated, it allows you to choose between any of the meal types served by your Sponsor Site, and begin a meal counting session for the given day.Meal counting sessions are certified by you and submitted to KSDE.
The collected submissions are then used within KN-CLAIM as part of your SFSP Sponsors monthly claim submission.
The KN-CLAIM SFSP Meal Counter was designed to streamline tracking and reduce the amount of paperwork involved in your daily routines.
